Lenzo Homes Ltd has unveiled Lenzo Peninsula, a master-planned residential estate in Ketti, Kabusa, Abuja, introducing what it describes as the Federal Capital Territory's first vacation-style housing development designed to combine modern living with leisure, convenience and community.
The estate, which has entered the pre-sale phase, is being marketed under the tagline, "Experience Vacation Every Day," reflecting the company's vision of creating a lifestyle-focused residential community where residents can enjoy relaxation and comfort without leaving their neighbourhood.
Speaking on the development, the company said Lenzo Peninsula represents a departure from conventional estate projects by integrating residential, commercial and recreational facilities into a single master plan.
According to Lenzo Homes, the estate will feature commercial areas for businesses and retail activities, a gas station, schools, places of worship for Christians and Muslims, a clubhouse, and a central park, among other amenities.
"The vision behind Lenzo Peninsula is to build more than an estate. We are creating a self-sustaining community where residents can live, work, worship, relax and socialise without having to travel long distances for essential services," the company said.
Located within the established Ketti community in Kabusa, Abuja, the estate is expected to benefit from existing infrastructure while providing opportunities for capital appreciation as development progresses.
Industry observers say residential developments purchased during the pre-sale stage have historically offered investors stronger returns as infrastructure and construction advance.
Lenzo Homes disclosed that the estate is currently available at introductory pre-sale prices, noting that the rates represent the lowest entry point before subsequent price reviews.
The company said prospective buyers can choose from multiple plot sizes tailored to different housing needs. The available options include 150 square metres suitable for a three-bedroom terraced duplex, 250 square metres for a four-bedroom semi-detached duplex, 350 square metres for a four-bedroom fully detached duplex, 500 square metres for a five-bedroom fully detached duplex with boys' quarters, and 900 square metres designed for a three-bedroom block of flats or other large-scale developments.
Describing Lenzo Peninsula as its flagship project, the company said the development reflects its commitment to delivering lifestyle-centred housing in Abuja.
Lenzo Homes is also developing several other residential projects across the Federal Capital Territory, including EcoView Estate in Karsana, Downtown Golf Resort in Kuje, Starlight Estate and Cedar Court in Kyami, Chester Court in Kaura District, and Grey Pacific in Life Camp.
The company encouraged prospective homeowners and investors to take advantage of the ongoing pre-sale offer while it lasts, adding that site inspections and plot reservations are currently open.
