From Supporting 28 Global Brands to Building Her Own: The Story Behind The Queen VA

Every founder has an origin story. For Precious Obodoegbulam, the journey to building The Queen VA began with a simple observation: professionals who needed support the most were often not receiving it in a way that suited how they worked.

For four years, Precious worked behind the scenes with 28 international brands, supporting coaches, wellness founders, real estate investors, authors, creators and business consultants across different industries.

During that period, she noticed a recurring pattern. About 90 per cent of the clients she connected with most deeply were neurodivergent professionals, many of whom had struggled with traditional support systems that were not designed around their individual working styles.

“When support is structured, reliable, and intentional, people and teams function better and grow with ease,” Precious said.

That realisation would eventually become the foundation of her own business.

One project, in particular, became a defining experience. While working with a US-based wellness brand generating between $20,000 and $25,000 in monthly revenue, Precious developed a customer success strategy centred on client experience and retention.

Within six months, the brand's monthly revenue increased to between $80,000 and $100,000.

For Precious, the result was more than a business success story. It provided a practical demonstration of what structured and intentional support could achieve when it was integrated into a company's wider operations.

On Monday, July 13, 2026, that philosophy became a company when The Queen VA officially launched as a premium, tech-enabled virtual support business.

The company was established to serve businesses, neurodivergent professionals and other ambitious professionals who need more than someone to complete individual tasks. Its model is built around providing a genuine operational partnership.

The Queen VA offers executive and administrative assistance, social media management and engagement, community management, customer service and support, operations management, as well as AI-powered workflow automation.

The company says its services are delivered by a trained, vetted and professional internal team, rather than relying on a constantly changing pool of freelancers.

Another defining element of the company's model is its focus on neurodivergent professionals. The Queen VA describes itself as HIPAA-certified and neurodivergent-friendly, with its service structure designed to provide personalised and reliable support.

“We don't just help you manage work. We help you build a better way to work,” Precious said.

Today, The Queen VA is working with professionals and businesses across markets including the United States, Europe, South Africa and the UAE, with ambitions to continue expanding its international reach.

For Precious, the company's story is ultimately about creating systems that recognise how people actually work while giving businesses the support they need to grow.

What began with four years of working behind the scenes for other brands has now evolved into a company with its own identity, mission and growing international footprint.
