Nigerian entrepreneur and real estate developer, Simon Ajah, has expanded his business interests across real estate, hospitality and technology, building a career that cuts across sectors with growing relevance to Nigeria’s property market.
Ajah is the founder of Simon’s Signature Realty Ltd, a Lagos-based real estate company involved in residential property sales, rentals, property management and development.
Through the company, he has established a presence in Lagos’ competitive property market, working across different areas of real estate services and engaging with homeowners, investors and prospective property buyers and tenants.
His activities in the property sector have also extended into technology, with Ajah co-founding Hauslet, a PropTech platform aimed at improving the way people discover properties and interact with real estate services.
The platform reflects his interest in applying technology to some of the challenges associated with property discovery and transactions in Nigeria.
For Ajah, the intersection between technology and real estate presents opportunities to make property-related processes more accessible and efficient.

His business interests also extend into hospitality through his association with Som’s Dishes, a Lagos-based food and hospitality venture.
The diversification of his interests comes after an earlier career in the Nigerian entertainment industry, where he was known by the stage name Ajay Milli.
Ajah gained attention in 2020 following the release of his single, “Ojoro”, during his period in music.
Although he has since shifted his primary professional focus towards entrepreneurship, real estate and technology, his entertainment background remains part of his career history and contributes to a trajectory that has moved across several creative and commercial sectors.
The transition from music into business and real estate has also reflected a broader entrepreneurial approach, with Ajah developing interests beyond a single industry.
Today, his portfolio spans real estate development, property investment, hospitality and technology, with property remaining a central area of his business activities.
